Shipping:

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and handling before your order is shipped out. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can easily track your package.

The shipping charges for international orders may vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package. We strive to provide you with the most affordable and reliable shipping options available.

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at frocksnfreckles@gmail.com and provide your order number and reason for return.

Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment, minus any shipping charges.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the desired item.
